Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The Content Standards and Acceptable Use Policy form part of these terms. The service is for adults aged 18 or older.

Description of Service

This creative tool generates a new flying stunt video from one subject photo and one of four template options: Curved Ramp · Featured and Curved Ramp (both 15 seconds), Jump Over Fleet · Side (7 seconds), and Jump Over Fleet · Front (7 seconds). All use landscape 16:9, 768P or 2K quality, and generated sound guided by a reference track. A car, person, animal or object may be the uploaded subject. The Featured preview and video showcase display generated examples; the other template previews and homepage hero are labeled source references. AI may change appearance, shape, motion or sound; exact reproduction and a perfect result are not guaranteed. Uploaded images must pass content review before generation; rejected or unavailable reviews cannot start a render.

Bulin 47 AI creates a 15-second, 9:16 portrait performance from one authorized adult portrait, with prepared scene, pose and audio references. It uses the same 768P or 2K video packages as Flying Car AI.

Video generation model: MiniMax H3. Results are AI-generated and may contain inaccuracies or artifacts. Review them before use; do not misrepresent them as real events or endorsements.

These restrictions apply to both inputs and outputs. Read the Content Standards for the full categories and enforcement rules. We may investigate reports, reject requests, restrict access to or remove content under our control, and suspend or terminate access for violations, subject to applicable law.

Content reports and review

Report suspected violations, impersonation or infringement through Report content or abuse. Reports can be sent to our public support email without an account; signed-in users can also submit a support ticket. Include a content URL or task ID, the reason for the report and contact details. Do not send illegal material. We assess reports, may request clarification, and may take the measures described in the Content Standards. You can use the same channel to request a review of a decision.

Payment and Billing

Video packages are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. Each quality has its own video allowance. A 15-second task uses 1 allowance; a 7-second task uses 0.5. Both short templates can be mixed within the same quality balance, but allowances from another quality cannot substitute for it. Image review rejection does not use a video allowance. A confirmed failed task returns the allowance it used to the original quality through the account ledger, once only. After a network interruption, check the existing task rather than repeatedly creating new tasks. Contact support with the task ID if its status remains uncertain. Allowance returns are not cash refunds; monetary purchases are subject to checkout terms and applicable law.

When a purchase is refunded, its video entitlement is reduced in proportion to the cumulative amount refunded. For these packages, retained entitlement is rounded down in half-allowance steps (one 7-second video); allowance already used counts toward that entitlement. A full refund removes the order's remaining entitlement. Other purchases are unaffected, and failed-task allowance returns do not restore entitlement already removed by a monetary refund.

For money-refund eligibility, including the 14-day window for a wholly unused purchase, read the refund policy. Cash refunds require review through support and the original payment provider; a returned video allowance is not an automatic money refund. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.

Uploaded photos, expiry and early deletion are explained in the privacy policy. Deleting a photo does not cancel an accepted video task or refund a purchase. Generated output may contain errors. Review it before sharing and clearly identify AI-generated material where appropriate. Completed videos are saved to the library; download a copy for your own records.
