Content Standards and Acceptable Use

Scope and responsibility

These rules form part of the Terms of Service. They apply to Flying Car AI and Bulin 47 AI, including uploaded photos, requests, generated videos, audio and use or sharing of results. The service is for adults aged 18 or older. People in uploaded photos must be consenting adults. Only submit material you have permission to use.

Prohibited content

Do not upload, request, generate or distribute through this service:

• Sexual or NSFW content: pornography, nudity, sexually explicit or fetish content, sexual services, or non-consensual intimate images, including synthetic or altered depictions.
• Child abuse or exploitation: sexualized depictions of minors, child sexual abuse material, grooming or any content that exploits or endangers a child. This prohibition includes fictional, altered and AI-generated material. Do not upload photos of minors.
• Graphic violence or gore: extreme or gratuitous violence, graphic injury, dismemberment, torture, animal cruelty, or content encouraging real-world violence, terrorism or self-harm.
• Hate, threats or harassment: hateful or discriminatory attacks against people based on protected characteristics, violent extremist propaganda, threats, targeted abuse or intimidation.
• Deceptive impersonation or harmful deepfakes: fraud, scams, fabricated endorsements, identity theft, or a person's likeness or voice used without authorization or to mislead, humiliate or harm them. Do not present a generated scene as evidence of a real event.
• Infringing or unlawful material: content that violates copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity or likeness rights, exposes someone else's private information, or otherwise violates applicable law.

The flying-car templates depict fictional stunts. They are not instructions for real driving or a reason to attempt a dangerous stunt. Review each result before sharing, and clearly identify it as AI-generated when it could otherwise mislead viewers.

Safeguards and enforcement

Do not bypass image review, access controls, usage limits or other safeguards. Do not repeatedly alter a rejected upload to evade review. A service outage or technical error is not, by itself, a finding of misconduct.

Photos must pass the existing review before generation starts. Review is not a guarantee that every violation will be detected or that a result is lawful. We may investigate reports, reject requests, restrict access to or remove content under our control, and suspend or terminate accounts for violations. Where required by law, we may preserve relevant records or refer a matter to the appropriate authorities. Payment disputes and refunds remain subject to the refund policy and applicable law.

Report a violation or request a review

Use Report content or abuse for sexual or violent content, child-safety concerns, hate, impersonation, privacy complaints or infringement. Include a content URL or task ID if available, a short explanation and your contact details. Do not download or resend illegal material to make a report.
