Last updated: 2026-10-18

Introduction

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our service.

Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information to provide and improve our service:

  1. Account Information — Your name, email address, and other details you provide when creating an account.
  2. Usage Data — Information about how you interact with the service, including features accessed, frequency of use, and interaction patterns.
  3. Device Information — Device type, operating system, and browser type, used to optimize compatibility and performance.
  4. Cookies — Small data files stored on your device to remember preferences and improve your experience.
  5. Payment Information — Billing details handled by trusted third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

How We Use Your Information

Reference photos and generated videos

Selecting a photo in the video creator first shows a local browser preview; submission uploads it. New video-reference photos are stored in a separate private object-storage bucket. The application checks account ownership before showing your stored photo. Review and generation services receive signed photo access links that expire after at most one hour. Anyone holding an unexpired signed link can use it; link expiry is separate from deletion of the stored file. Only approved images are sent with the selected template's reference material and built-in creative direction to the video generation service.

Task records store image identifiers, content hashes, review results, the selected template, creative instructions, duration, quality, provider task identifiers and status. The account ledger records allowances used and returned. Completed videos are saved for task history and the library. Video delivery links remain accessible to people who possess them; private-photo controls do not make output links private. Download the copies you want to keep, and contact support to request output removal. Videos do not currently have an automatic expiry.

Photo retention and deletion

New video-reference photos expire 24 hours after upload and cannot start a new generation after that time. The scheduled cleanup removes expired files. If an accepted task still has a valid photo access link, deletion can wait until that task finishes or its access link expires, whichever happens first. Access links last at most one hour, so a new photo becomes eligible for cleanup no later than 25 hours after upload. An unresolved task does not extend this retention indefinitely. Actual removal happens when the scheduled cleanup runs; a failed cleanup is retried.

For earlier deletion, sign in and use Uploaded photos on the creator page. A deletion request immediately blocks new use and owner preview. If no accepted task has a valid access link, the file is deleted; otherwise deletion is queued until that task finishes or its last valid link expires, whichever happens first, for at most one further hour before cleanup. Task-status and payment reconciliation can continue after photo bytes are removed. You can also contact support from the account that uploaded it. Deleting a local preview does not delete an uploaded file. Older uploads made before this private-storage update may still have legacy media links; contact support to request their removal.

These private-photo controls apply to video-reference images. Profile avatars, support attachments and published content use the existing media delivery flow and are not covered by the 24-hour reference-photo expiry. Those media links may be readable by anyone who holds them; contact support to request removal.

Deleting photo bytes does not erase account, payment or task audit records needed to reconcile jobs, handle refunds or meet applicable record-keeping duties. Request further account or task deletion through support. Our controls cannot remove copies already obtained by a processor, and we cannot promise immediate deletion from external systems. This application does not run a model-training pipeline using uploads; we do not make a blanket training-use promise on behalf of external processors.

The browser temporarily stores pending image URLs, template and quality settings, and request identifiers in session storage to recover interrupted submissions without consuming more allowance. It does not store photo bytes there. The studio also saves the selected photo, template and quality as a local IndexedDB draft to recover after a refresh or sign-in. This draft stays on your device and is not sent to a generation provider. Drafts older than 30 minutes are not restored and are cleared on the next visit; signing out clears the draft.

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the service.
  • Process transactions and send related confirmations.
  • Send technical notices, security alerts, and support messages.
  • Respond to your questions, feedback, and support requests.

Your Rights

You can view video history, manage uploaded photos and update supported account details while signed in. To request access, correction, deletion or other rights beyond those controls, contact support. We may verify account ownership and retain records required for payments, disputes or legal obligations. Rights and available remedies depend on applicable law. The service is for adults. Only upload subject photos you have the right to use; any people shown must be consenting adults. Contact us if information about a child was submitted.
